When you want an agent that researches accounts and drafts your follow-ups, Pro is $49 a seat a month in USD before applicable taxes, after a 14-day free trial. There are no usage charges: when the agent reaches its allowance it pauses until your next period.

What do I get for free?
The whole CRM, for as long as you like: the pipeline board and forecast, accounts and contacts, notes, logged calls and meetings, next steps with due dates, your Gmail threads with your contacts, emails you write and send yourself, templates, sequences, CSV import and export. Free has no AI: nothing on it researches, finds leads or drafts for you.
Why is the AI not free?
Every research job and every drafted message costs us real money in models and browser time. Keeping the agent on the paid plan is what lets the CRM itself stay free with no catch.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
Yes, 14 days of the agent with everything included, once per account. A card is required to start it; you are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then from Plan. If you cancel, you keep Free.
What does Pro limit?
Only the agent's work, because that is what costs money to run: 400 research jobs and 1,000 drafted messages a seat each month, and up to 60 agent actions a day. Deals, contacts, accounts, notes and the pipeline are never limited.
What happens at the limit?
The agent pauses until your next billing period starts. Nothing is charged on top, and everything else keeps working: sequence emails without a template become reminders, and you can still write and send your own.
What counts as a research job?
Researching one account, finding companies that fit your ideal customer, or a job you give the agent in your own words. A job that covers several companies counts one for each company. Drafts are counted separately, one for each message the agent writes, including sequence steps and follow-ups on quiet deals. Emails you write yourself or fill from a template are never counted.
Will it send anything on my behalf?
No. The agent reads, researches, fills in fields and drafts. Only you send an email, book a meeting or submit a form, from your own inbox, after reading the draft.
How does it research an account?
It reads the company's site, about, careers and news pages (in a browser of its own when one is available), searches the web for recent news, and writes a call brief. Every point links to the page it came from.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from Plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; after that your account carries on as Free with everything you and the agent saved.
